Overall Satisfaction with Xactly AlignStar
We are using AlignStar to strategize our sales alignments and overlays for compensation. It is used only in the commercial organization - sales, marketing, etc. We use this to appropriate quotas and ensure fairness across the field.

- Aesthetics
- Too much configuration
- Querying
- We really only use this tool a few times each year, so it goes unused quite a bit.
- Our compensation has been implemented much better motivating reps and proving more revenue!
- Reps feel better their their quotas are more fair and achievable.
