Overall Satisfaction with Xero
Xero is used by our Solutions Team at our corporate office, and by our Team Center, as one of the general ledgers in which we track our client's financials. The main business problems Xero addresses as we use it, are reconciling bank accounts, correctly tracking expenses, and creating accurate and useful client financials
- Xero's layout is simple and easy to navigate.
- Xero's bank rule feature is a huge plus for our company, in order to automate the reconciliation of recurring expenses.
- Xero's open API capabilities is a huge strength as it relates to our company. It is a strength because it allows us to group applications and tools together and bring their data into Xero seamlessly.
- Continue to add banking institutions from which you can get bank feeds. A few banks I have needed to pull into Xero have not had bank feed access.
- In customizing check styles, allow for more customization, Moving text boxes independently from one another rather than moving them all together in the same direction.
- Decreased processing time of monthly clients by several hours in some instances.
- Cloud based allows us to easily communicate with our Team Center and have shared access to better find solutions in working an account.
Another General Ledger which I have used is QBO. I enjoy working with Xero more because I think it is simpler and more more easy to navigate, all while accomplishing the same things. QBO does have capabilities to integrate with add ons, but I have noticed that Xero generally has more integration capabilities, which makes it more valuable to what we do.
