Overall Satisfaction with Yubico YubiKeys
Yubico is our go to for MFA and especially when it comes to anything that has elevated privileges that require phish resistance. We consistently expand our use cases as attacks become more common. We require MFA for almost any app that we use and Yubikeys are our only current hardware key we use in the company.

It allows us to meet any current levels of compliance with frameworks like PCI, RAMP, etc. It also is our go to for any highest risk assets because it can secure tenants, admin users, applications, and data. It is highly recommend to ensure that your most elevated users are using something like a Yubikey that is FIDO2 compliant.
I helped setup our Yubikey solution over 5 years ago and it was mostly set it and forget it once we understood how the process worked to provision/re-provision them. From the end user standpoint, it's extremely simple so there are no concerns there as almost anyone can figure it out on their own.
