Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
The whole organization uses Zix. We have multiple departments and two different businesses in our location. The law firm uses it when they submit private documents to their customers. The Escrow office uses Zix whenever they are exchanging documents between the office and the lenders involved in the closing process and also with the realtors. Title agents use it when sending policies or any form of documents that are not public record.
- Easy to use for our employees and the receiver of our emails. With just the click feature and simple login, we are able to use Zix pretty easily.
- Provides exceptional security to everything we send.
- The receiver of our emails, enjoys the fact that it is simple and easy for them to create a login and open their secure email that we have sent.
- The installation was a little confusing for some of the employees, but once installed it was easy to access.
- I wish that we didn't have to login every single time we have to send an email through Zix. Maybe just once a week or even a remember me feature so that it is automatic would be nice.
- It gives us peace of mind, knowing that we have the ability to send something securely.
- Zix was used by local banks and they were highly recommended by other title companies from other states.
- By using Zix we are compliant to the ALTA Best Practice Standards. It can give the consumer peace of mind knowing that their information is safe.
