Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
The whole organization uses Zix. We have multiple departments and two different businesses in our location. The law firm uses it when they submit private documents to their customers. The Escrow office uses Zix whenever they are exchanging documents between the office and the lenders involved in the closing process and also with the realtors. Title agents use it when sending policies or any form of documents that are not public record.
