Zoom Video Webinar is being used across all our departments, Zoom is a very popular platform & user friendly So very less technical support is required for the same .When the Higher management want to convey their thoughts to all employees we use the webinar functionalities as well as when our management need to share the info of products to the end customer we use it & without any problem people join the webinar with functionalities of multiple panelist , Unmuting audio , Q & A functionalities.

Simple to use & deliver the required outputs with no technical background any layman can use the Zoom application & the feature sets of Zoom making it more collaborated while Zoom Video Webinar can be assisted by Zoom support team making its much easier to manage the whole event without any difficulties.
Support for zoom has degraded from past few months the response on zoom tickets is very delayed , the response timelines are now not taken ion consideration even on zoom chat there are long waiting ques for answering so now its really hard to relay on zoom support team if any urgency arrises.
Zoom Video Webinar is suited were only one way communication is required where no one will speak only listen with other functionalities of even controlling the participant audio when raised hand , the Q & A section making everyone to share their thoughts & Question as well as the functionality to increase the number of participants.
