Overall Satisfaction with Zuora
It is used across the entire company as our transactional quote to cash system of record. All deal flow and financial sales information flows through Zuora. It holds our SKUs, rate plans, and offers. We have integrated with Salesforce.com using Zuora's professional services help along with Accenture as a partner.
- Minimizes SKU complexity
- Integrates with top third party software
- Integrates with multiple payment processors
- Could use a bulk/batch SKU creation and maintenance tool
- Move to RESTful APIs
- Inherit rate plan names and make cloning easier
Zuora seems to be geared to relatively simple / minimal offering schemas. I'm not clear how a large catalog of offerings could be easily created and maintained. Bulk upload/update is lacking and would facilitate more complex product catalog management. Currency management is challenging and would also benefit from a bulk update utility.
