Overall Satisfaction with Zuora Insights

We use Zuora Insights to track our users within their accounts, see what they are using the most. We also see what their last activity was. Basically we use it for everything in regards to our clients. It is being used across the whole organization. It helps us address what products are popular. We love it.
  • Its so easy to use and understand!
  • Allows us to understand how active and successful our clients are
  • Lots of data!!
  • The searching functionality! We would like it to be faster when searching for users or clients.
  • The most frustrating aspect is that it is unable to do real-time analysis.
It integrates nicely with our tool and provides almost real time usage. This helps us monitor how our users are using the the tool and if they are spending too much time on any given step.
