Zuora Insights has been a game changer for my organization. We sought a solution to collect, analyze and provide real time data about our clients activities, engagement and goals. Currently it is utilized by client facing employees. Zurora Insights has rapidly increased our ability to accurately predict churn, highlight problem areas and provided valuable data points and statistics to all levels of the organization. As an organization we have transitioned from being reactive to being proactive. Since implementation, we have increased overall dollar retention by 9%, client retention by 6% and have secured record breaking upgrades over the past 12 months.
- Provides real time data with the click of a mouse into areas that would take traditionally hours to put together. As a result, dramatically increased productivity.
- Consulting and engineering are receptive, responsive and involved in understanding our mission, goals and business. As a result, we have a valued partnership in reaching our targets.
- Reporting and analytics are easy to use, understand and interpret. As a result, we have been able to stratify our client base and alter our strategies based on new ways of looking at information.
- Working with Zuora currently on improvements, but looking forward to being able to look at historical snapshots of data for comparison.
Zuora Insights pulls in data from several systems, including SalesForce. It has allowed one singular location to hold all client data. Our organization has developed a client health score that is calculated through Zuora Insights. Easily we can see and determine what areas we are excelling or need to focus on at a high level - or down to the individual client. It has helped us with formulating and developing strategies overall - that are supported by data, not assumptions. Since implementation, we have increased our client engagement, improved our NPS Scores by 54% and improved overall retention - allowing our business to grow at a faster rate.
Upsell and cross-sell are areas that we have dramatically improved, increased and capitalized on since implementing Zuora Insights. The data presentated and available to us allows us to view product utilization and customer behavior. This information has allowed us to pinpoint the appropriate times to approach clients that will yield positive results. Additionally, our average upsell ARR has increased, sales cycle has reduced and overall volume has attributed to annual increases in dollar retention.
Zuora Insights has increased visibility across our organization - and this was an unexpected result! By better understanding behaviors of our clients, this has provided the marketing and new business sales teams with information and data to enhance our branding awareness. Statistical information and data regarding our clients have supported our new business sales teams to hit record numbers in the past 12 months - increasing average ARR, reducing sales cycles and overachieving volume. Clients are now more prepared during implementation of our products - therefore reducing time to first value.
