Perigon is a technology company that partners with businesses to confidently utilize news and public data for critical decision making and business applications. We call this Contextual Intelligence. Our API aggregates, enriches, and categorizes news content, identifies influence and bias, and organizes articles, stories and events into a scalable, consumable API. From there, software developers and data scientists extract insights, surface news streams to customers in their own applications, and integrate our data with other data analytics. We also use the API to power our own mobile application for consuming news more objectively every day.
