When you need to have effective communication and records of it with coworkers and/or clients. Calendar function sends a notification 15 minutes prior [to] an appointment or event and at the specific time of the appointment. Is not as well suited on calendar as it is not [very] intuitive.

Extremely easy to import data. Management system is very easy to use as well. Lexis Nexis Firm Manager is well suited for use by a small firm when they need to organize large amounts of data. It is an easy to use tool that saves time and allows for more efficient use of staff and attorney's time.
