The customer experience is really good, it's easy and fast to select and rent a car with all the different options. besides, the payment is secure and fast, the support is really nice. And the prices are really good compared to the concurrence. The only negative point is sometimes there are no availabilities for renting cars on the weekend.

It was really easy to use it, you don't need many days of training as there is a perfect user guide and a great support. Besides, it's possible to create and personalize your own rental service. Sometimes, the french translation is a bit rough and it can be a bit pricy for small companies
