Azeus Convene's security and collaboration features can create a great business case to introduce technology to the executive management team for board-related matters, especially if they are currently using a 'pen and paper' system. Would recommend for larger companies / large executive teams with busy schedules that find it difficult to collaborate.
Limited individual training sessions - The only clear and concrete advantage that Diligent has over Convene is that they have unlimited individual user training. But Convene is so intuitive and easy-to-use that you don't usually need to go beyond their free first 4 user/administrator training sessions.
