Likelihood to Recommend	Syncfusion BoldSign makes completing legal documents easy. It is also safe and secure. My company is in commercial real estate development and we use BoldSign for all of our purchase agreements and lease transactions. In my opinion, where it falls short is that the software is slow and has limitations. Some limitations are known to the company but not told at point of selling, leaving the user with add-ons that are useless. e.g. the Company Inbox module, which is used to automatically upload invoices to Paperless, is not fit for (our) purpose due to the fact not all emails can be uploaded to the system automatically. Apparently companies who send invoices using software packages such as Xerox / Quickbooks etc. have rules which do not allow onward forwarding. Therefore you need to cross check what has been uploaded and what hasn't. This is time consuming and we found manual upload was far easier. Cons	Syncfusion It would be great if BoldSign saved my signature in my account to use each time It might be easier if you could select signature (or any heading for that matter) and click where you want it instead of dragging it to where you want it. It would be nice if completed document’s automatically saved to a selected folder for safe keeping. Alternatives Considered	Syncfusion These competitors provide mediocre and feature-bloated offerings that are simply a pain to use. For example, building templates in the aforementioned tools is like pulling teeth. The editor is finicky. BoldSign, by contrast is simple and generally intuitive, thereby making it easier to use. Return on Investment	Syncfusion So far I have only used the free version I am sure that the paid version would be extremely beneficial if you did a bunch of contracts. I just started using the program, so not too many contracts yet. If I need to upgrade my subscription, the price will be well worth it.
