The Cisco BE6K solution is probably the best collaboration platform out there at the moment. Starting from application deployment using Prime Collaboration Deployment to [the] integration of the on-premises platform with cloud services, deployment, and administration [is] a breeze. The tight integration with Cisco endpoints and the ability to individually manage them also helps to ensure an unparalleled user experience. With Cisco CSR 14, administrative tasks like software upgrades and user onboarding have been made simpler. More could be done though to improve those 2 areas.

- Very detailed scheduling for call routing. You can schedule a different hunt group every 15 minutes or more granular if you choose. It is flexible enough to meet the needs of any organization.
- Personal attendant. You can customize the message and customize which number is displayed, either your number or the number of the caller.
- Setting up hunt group is very easy. You can also customize how the numbers in the hunt group are called. You can set up sequential dialing or "blast" dialing. You can also get as granular as setting up how many rings it will try for each number before continuing on.

- Only [things] [I] see we are planning to acquire other company where there is around 300 users and they are using other technology and our management is planning to move [that user] to BE6000 will it support more than 1000 users its a question for us.
- As of now I [don't] see any issue with the BE6000 so far.

- The scheduling is very granular, but the interface for setting up the schedule isn't the easiest to navigate.
- I would like the ability to copy or clone schedules. We have 3 different schedules on three different hunt groups and when there are changes to be made, I would like to be able to make the change on one schedule and copy that for another hunt group.
- The interface for the users to change some of their settings (password, phone, email, etc) isn't very user friendly. I usually have to walk users through changes, and at that point, it is easier for me to just make the changes myself.

Overall, the product provides excellent value for money. Our employees may interact at the same time on the Cisco Business Edition 6000 without disrupting the conversation. This Cisco product can handle more information, can afford this all-in-one communication without a problem. It can be very strong even in the most difficult and full days of work at our organization. We have a strong collaboration with Cisco and have lots of its products including routers and this makes it easier to choose a Cisco product, not another product that can do almost what this Cisco Business Edition does.
