Cisco Small Business 100 Series Wireless Access Points

Because of the unique setup on our campus, these provide great coverage for our dorms, office areas, and smaller classrooms. However, in areas were the load was much higher, the devices could become overtaxed after about 25 users depending on the strength of the devices.

D-Link Wireless

Best in small networks & appropriate in industrial areas. AP works fine in any temperature & location (in remote locations office or remote location). Open area wireless connectivity is good with good range. Simple VLAN management and management are good. Backup and restoration is very good. Small home offices using wireless network work awesome.

Cisco Small Business 100 Series Wireless Access Points

We ended up actually moving from Cisco WAPs into a full Ubiquiti stack, as our IT people preferred the coverage and more "enterprise" IT-focused features and the flexibility of a setup not necessarily marketed and designed for small businesses. I'd say at 40-50 people, you may outgrow this setup as well.

Against my requirement, D-link fulfills all of these including pricing, unified controller, and the mitigation of rouge APs.
