Dokmee ECM vs. Xerox DocuShare

The files are easily customized and editing of different project documents and easy handling of multiple project files easily without risking any document or any business information. Dokmee ECM allows the team to work together through various projects and easy to access drawings and many other files from remote areas and also the uploading is effective.

Great for SMB companies. Though we have many sites in international locales the distances involved make it unsuited for export outside the contiguous US

• Search and retrieval are excellent.
• The web interface is easy and intuitive.

• The client could use improvement. It is characterized as a secondary interface by Xerox but for the users who prefer it is their primary entry point.
