HENO vs. Net Health Therapy for Clinics

HENO is a wonderful system for any Physical Therapy practice currently operating in multiple programs. It streamlines systems and communication through its department integration, allows for HIPAA compliant internal messaging, and client communication, and it has a high level of practice customization. It also has a patient portal which can be very useful.

Casamba Clinic has been well suited for all aspects of our business since its inception. I can't imagine using a paper chart for all aspects of patient care and not having the EMR system for more streamlined documentation, communication with referral sources and insurances, and for streamlined billing processes.

Additionally, they listen well to the customers and adjust based on recommendations. Finally, I am confident of the company and the direction going forward that will allow it to be viable for the long term.
