Sprinklr is far superior for user engagement. However, as far as I know, it does not have post scheduling or maintenance. I would recommend Hootsuite over Khoros and Social Studio.
Hootsuite was a better tool than Spredfast and less cumbersome, however, the missed posts did require more staffing and revenue that could have been saved if the tool was able to deliver all posts across all platforms. The design is user-friendly and easy to ready and provides …
I enjoy Khoros and Buffer a lot more. Hootsuite was filled with false promises and Khoros and Buffer are very straightforward in what they can provide. Buffer has few capabilities but you are aware of then when you purchase it. Khoros is very robust especially for enterprise …
Hootsuite is great for smaller teams and organizations and provides basic analytics/reporting. It's ideal for those who aren't as advanced in the social maturity scale. Khoros Experiences does what TINT does, times 10. I use (and have used in the past) NetBase more for …
I would say they are pretty similar. I do find the look and ease of the tabs in Hootsuite to be very beneficial, as well as the best time to schedule/post based on historic engagement in Sprout Social to be very beneficial. I would appreciate either or both of these features …
I used to manage some Hootsuite channels, but Khoros is absolutely the best for the requirements a company such as Logitech and its subsidiaries need, especially for covering lots of territories while providing the same top-level service.
Khoros is by far the easiest to use Spinklr has more functions with ads for TWitter and you can keep track of budget easily on Sprinklr but it is an absolute MONSTER for the interface. I am a certified Sprinklr admin and I still have problems figuring stuff out. Hootsuite is …

Khoros met a specific technical need that other vendors couldn't provide for us. However, in terms of interface and performance, my impression was that there was little difference between it and its closest competitors.

I've used a number of other Marketing software over my 13yrs of working in social media. I would say that Khoros stacks up relatively well against it's competitors. It may not be the number one but it suited our needs.

I would say Khoros is among the better platforms I've evaluated, near the top of the pack.
Khoros' product offering supports multiple teams within the enterprise whereas many of their competitors lacked 1 product or another, which would have required us to vet, sign, and renew with multiple vendors. My team vets competing platforms every year, and Khoros continues to …
I was not involved in the selection process for Khoros Marketing. However, it serves the needs of our business and compares well with other products used in the organization.
I wasn't involved in the selection process in my current position. However, I would say Khoros compares favourably to Sprout Social. The features are comparable and the reliability of the tool is great. Scheduling posts is quick and easy, so training other users is generally …
Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium) had more robust publishing features and better API integrations than the others. It allowed us to do more from within the platform rather than having to do a lot of things in the organic social platforms. We also liked the way it …
Khoros is very easy to use and have a great CSM team that makes us feel supported. We didn't feel that the others could manage the number of accounts and users we had available and would be more difficult for our regional teams to use. The layout and analytics reports are easy …
The legal disclaimer our industry must undergo with third party apps and platforms is strict - Khoros was able to meet the parameters. I have no complaints with the feature it has compared to some other social channels. I would like to see more hashtag research tools, and "best …
It is definitely more robust in features offered, especially for analytics and reporting. It provides a better solution for companies with larger teams that need to manage content and communities across multiple products and communities.
If you are doing anything with social media - planning, tracking, or have multiple channels, Hootsuite will be PERFECT! In our case with multiple channels, if we did not have this platform it would be really difficult to keep things organized and in one place. Hootsuite will help you and any social teams stay in the know with all of your content and will help ensure that you create an effective media plan.
While I cannot say any scenarios where Khoros wouldn't be useful (when it comes to social media moderation), I can say it is very well suited for clients who have time constraints on their work. With the speed Khoros can pull in new content, we see issues for the client almost immediately.
Scheduling of content. The ease of use for Hootsuite's planner abilities is top of the industry. It is simple and effective in posting content to different channels and accounts.
Analytics are superior on Hootsuite. Their custom reports allow you to view very specific KPI's that you can adjust for each channel or account. The reports are also exportable to be used for others in the company.
Inbox management. The inbox manager is superior to any in the industry. Hootsuite allows you to tag certain phrases or keywords to better filter messages based on importance or topic.
Because of the way algorithms works, we would have loved to be able to automate making a post with no link and posting the first comment with a link (hello LinkedIn)
We would have loved an easy way to post from a main account and repost the post for other accounts we administrate, for instance a corporate post reposted by individuals for LinkedIn, or retweets from one main account by child accounts
At this time we are satisfied that Hootsuite offers the most of what we are looking for at the most reasonable price point. As the social media landscape and monitoring/scheduling software changes, so do our needs. We re-evaluate our tools semi-annually or as new tools emerge onto the market. If we find at any point that we aren't gaining an advantage, then we are open to switching products.
There is no product like Khoros. Our company lives and dies by the analytics, and to date, we have not seen a more comprehensive analytics structure for any social media management tool. Khoros support is also fantastic, responding and resolving any and all questions, ideas, or complaints, usually in 24 hours.
Hootsuite is straightforward and does a great job of onboarding new users directly within the platform. Connecting social media accounts, regardless of whether you are managing multiple profiles on one platform, is easy enough. You can also easily toggle between platforms to see interactive dashboards showing how people are engaging with your posts.
Khoros Marketing is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The calendar visibility is the view I use most so I can see all posts going out on all of our channels. It allows us to time posts in a proper cadence so we don't overlap with other pressing content.
Gliches have made it a bit of a bind, particularly when you just want to 'click and send' a web article after you have read it - and then you have to deal with support (a great team but not always able to solve the problems with the gliches). Gliches with it loading properly, gliches with 'double ups in FB on the posts (the personal page and the business page if both clicked will lead to 2 lots of postings to each page!)
• We still experience a bit of downtime and slowness here but things have drastically improved in the last year with their feature updates and reconfigured hosting.
HootSuite does everything it is designed to do very well: the product's performance is very reliable and efficient. Like other tools, there is always a room for new developments and updates, and the HootSuite team recognizes this and focuses on new development as well.
Khoros has greatly improved the performance of its SaaS products in the last 5 years. Their applications, including Conversations, Intelligence, and Experiences, all load quickly with real-time data. This performance is critical to provide meaningful, social customer support, and marketing. The performance maintains integrity even when you deploy powerful integrations like Salesforce Customer Relationship Manager.
I can manage all of my accounts on one site! It's absolutely amazing! The dashboard is helpful to see how you are doing as well. Still getting to understand the analytics and may need to reach out for help on this
Overall, support does a great job and is timely in their responses and efforts. We have had to contact support many times due to the Capture app. Some tickets have remained open for months, while others get resolved quickly. I understand this is not always up to support and they often have to wait for their engineering team to fix issues that we identified, but it's difficult to deal with issues that are affecting our workflow, especially for extended amounts of time.
• As a very early customer, we did not undergo formal training but worked closely with the team to get the system set up to do what we wanted. However, online training resources are now available with many blog posts / video lessons and tutorials.
The online training is decent; however, it takes a lot more time to search for answers to my questions. Having a training session with a live person was much more effective as they were able to quickly address the business needs I have.
it is important to note that my perspective is not necessarily common - I'm a geek/nerd/poweruser in general, so I found the online resources to be more than adequate (and often very aesthetically pleasing, too). That said, a less "geeky" person might struggle a bit.
Simple and easy to use, and have never had any issues. We like how it saves me time and allows me to plan in advance. I plan on using this for as long as I can and will encourage others to use it too. If you haven't tried it you should. I hope my review is helpful to everyone.
The implementation team from Khoros were great - they worked hard to understand our somewhat complex organization, and were with us all the way through face to face meetings, user training, and technical training. We had a clearly defined account manager and implementation manager, who worked really effectively together and with us.
Metricool is free and we can shedule up to 50 posts per month, however Hootsuite allows us to do just a little bit more. For the price Agorapulse and Hootsuite are in tight competition but we prefer the Hootsuite format, although some chamber partners do find it a bit on the older school side we do not. We like the Hootsuite system
On some accounts that I am on, I use Asana in place of Khoros marketing but I much prefer Khoros Marketing. I prefer Khoros Marketing over Asana because I can post directly (and schedule posts) on Khoros but not on Asana. Also, I can moderate directly on Khoros but not Asana
Khoros seems to struggle a little past a certain level of scale. More than 30 separate per day makes it difficult to view all content in the weekly calendar view, which is frustrating and could cause issues. However, the ability to schedule one post across multiple channels is hugely valuable and cuts down on a lot of duplicative work.
I have been able to evaluate which posts, in general, do well and figure out what types of posts to make (content)
It's been harder however to compare on social medial platform compared to another because it's hard to duplicate a post with a new owly (I think you used to be able to) but more so, you also can't assign it a custom owly link so I can see at a glance which owly link was associated with what platform.
