Likelihood to Recommend Intouch Insights is great for companies needing to a deeper look at their customer base without the need to pay for a consultant to do it. Intouch does enable you to reach people on all platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet) and lets you create a decent experience too. If you're a small marketing team, make sure you allow the appropriate time span to set up and use the software as it can eat into time.
Read full review Peakon is a great solution whether you are thinking of pulsing your employees weekly, monthly, or even yearly. The solution provides great dashboards, easy reporting, on the fly segmentation creation, and ways to really dive deep into your people data. I think it's a bit expensive for very early-stage companies, so I would love to see them create a startup/early-stage version or pricing because it has become an invaluable tool for any size company.
Read full review Pros Compatible with most smartphones: Our forms can be viewed and used on almost every smartphone. Some outliers may be phones that are not up-to-date on software. Variety: We can make an array of form types enabling us to really update our mobile experience. We also have a good selection of question types to use to build out engaging forms rather than stale ones. Simple to use: The builder interface is really simple to use. You can drag your questions to shake up the order, add images if needed, and you can even provide a question description to give users more detail. Read full review Peakon looks beautiful and feels very light, which is comforting when you're (potentially) giving negative feedback and feel anxious. The emails are friendly and the survey is super clean. The surveys are very easy to navigate. You can answer as many or as few questions as you like, skipping forward and backward, and choosing to provide comments when you want. It's low pressure and feels flexible. The HR department is able to respond to your comments. You can then have a back and forth conversation while remaining anonymous. This really helps employees further explain and contextualize their survey comments without identifying themselves personally. Read full review Cons Data can be "collected" offline: If the person uses the form offline, it's supposed to sync with our software after they come online. We've found that it doesn't always sync well and we have to use incomplete data or trash the form fill as a whole. Set up is a little challenging: We had to work with a customer rep along with reading the help forum to get this set up the way we wanted it to be, causing us to use up time we didn't originally allot to it. Issue alerts: While it does work most of the time, we have had a few hiccups with the issue alert functionality. They are far too simple and do not have the mobile capability and mobile display appearance as InTouch. While they are cheaper alternatives, you'd be losing out on a lot of key benefits, especially with analytics, that InTouch delivers to its users.
Read full review SurveyMonkey is a great survey tool that also allows responders to stay anonymous, but I think Peakon is more effective for corporate feedback. It offers more reports and analytics specifically for HR and feels more professional. We often use SurveyMonkey for more lighthearted surveys (e.g., what to eat for team lunch) while keeping Peakon for employee feedback.

Read full review When we moved to WFH due to COVID, we use Peakon a regular basis to understand what employees are thinking. We lost the serendipity of talking to people during chance encounters in the office, Peakon has replaced those conversations. We saw an incredible year in spite of COVID, while there are so many internal and external factors contributing to that success, we can see that having engaged and happy employees has an impact on our business.
