Kixie vs. Ring4

Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

Good for creating a new business or branching a business abroad.

• Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
• The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
• The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

• User interface, sometimes the list you are calling on the tool can glitch and not show you the info of the lead.
• Integration with more CRMs like Agencyzoom
• An email automation option similar to text messages.

• I've sometimes seen text messages being sent in double.

Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads

It's super easy and simple to use, and very straightforward.

I had a question, and had my answer that same day.

Good for the price and Pipedrive integration. In my opinion, less relaible than others

Ring4 had everything we need in a business phone line in a more simple format and less expensive.

• Kixie's dialer allows us to dial directly from our CRM
• The voicemail drop feature saves time and allows our BDRs to move on to the next call right away
• The automatic log calling saves even more time instead of having to log the call manually

• Less expensive business phone
• Can answer on the go
• Less to manage, more simple
