LeadIQ is much more feature-rich than alternatives. The fact that you can capture to existing accounts as contacts are huge and saves a great deal of time. The Chrome Extension is much less intrusive than Lead411's. I still use Lead411 pretty regularly though. I find myself …
I think that LeadIQ is overall better. I think so because i can use LeadIQ for more things than zoominfo. For example, the scribe feature and importing leads directly from sales navigation. That, I think, is one of the best features. Tho, i feel like zoominfo sometimes had more …
LeadIQ has more accurate contact information that is real and up to date. ZoomInfo's extension is very buggy and sometimes requires me to restart my extension and browser Better customer service with LeadIQ.
I have also used ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo is a great tool. I wish it had the quick workflow that LeadIQ naturally has. There is no easy way to import a list into your sales enablement platform with ZoomInfo. However, the data that ZoomInfo has is often very accurate and is well …
We use Winmo and it is great but LeadIQ allows us to supplement those lists. It is especially useful if someone has recently changed jobs to be able to target them before they are added to the larger databases. It's more of a 1:1 prospecting tool as opposed to a mass list.
They do very similar things. I would say that whichever tool you are using, you are going to be getting a very similar user experience. The integrations with other platforms is similar in some sense. LeadIQ is a more cost-effective option than ZoomInfo. Sometimes ZoomInfo …
We selected SalesLoft because it could give us analytics, help us stay organized, compare cadences/emails, dynamic fields for emails, etc. It had more functional tools to help us grow and succeed.
It is well suited for reaching prospects across a vast array of industries; lead generation, planning for meetings (let's me know who might be attending from the client side and allows me to view their LinkedIn account ahead of time. I wouldn't use it for B2C sales or inexperienced sales support people. One still needs to determine which contacts to download.
I think LeadIQ is a great tool. It helps me with prospecting, writing emails, finding information about prospects, etc. I use it daily when writing emails and trying to find people to reach out to. It works well with CRM integration, and most of the time, the extension and scribe functions are working. Sometimes, the numbers are not accurate.
I find it to be the best resource for scheduling calls with clients. Specifically when the call includes multiple people using Salesloft, it's so simple and easy to use to send open times to client and then to be able to send active links to the client where with one click the calendar invite shows up on my calendar? it's the best most efficient tool I have in my toolbelt at the moment. When it comes to logging, it's also simple but I wish I could add a contact to SL from the Microsoft integration.
Most importantly --- The DATA is accurate and the platform is straight-forward and simple to use. The native connection to our CRM environment "completes the requirement" from our standpoint. A "10 out of 10"...
From my experiences and interactions, the culture of the organization is exceptionally focused on customer satisfaction! We've been more than pleased with EVERY SINGLE interaction with Lead411....they go out of their way to be of assistance. A "10 out of 10"...
Capturing contact and lead information: Name, Designation, Phone Numbers, Work Email Address, Company board line number - almost every single data point one needs in lead or demand generation. The checkmark for verified information is a cherry on the cake.
LeadIQ integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and even SalesLoft pretty well. A simple click of a button from LSN can import the lead into Salesforce. A boon for any Outbound sales team. Additionally, capturing multiple contacts in a single go as well as importing them into a cadence is a time--saver.
It's also a community. Since users can suggest changes to make lead information more accurate as well as the option to request more information on a particular lead.
Ability to search contacts and companies by actual street and physical address is not there yet. This is extremely helpful when trying to strategically work a particular neighborhood where you're trying to build up your own individual name and brand recognition. It's also a way of keeping others in the sales force from stepping on the toes or duplicating efforts of another sales rep.
Rocky start to using it - but good follow up with customer service.
It can create duplicates in salesforce sometimes which is a headache for some departments who require salesforce to be our pure data source.
Sometimes the numbers aren't correct for the right individual - it gets numbers from wrong people with the same name - this has only happened a couple of times, very rare.
Would be nice to have custom reporting available. Coming from Salesforce, the included canned reports are useful but I like to roll my sleeves up and build exactly what I want.
Conversations will record meetings booked via MSTeams but requires the BDR/SDR to hit record. Other solutions (e.g. Chorus.ai) join as a participant and don't require a user hitting the "record" button. We have to change our flow to make this work and it is a bit clunky.
We have been very happy with LeadIQ for the past several years. They have quality data at a fair price and that is the most important thing for us. Their product continues to grow and expand and they are great to work with from a customer experience point of view.
SalesLoft is absolutely VITAL to our daily operations. We could not function without it or a program like it. Speaking as a Sales Person who has had to operate without a product like this, the difference is night and day. The ability to stay organized, automate tasks, easily log activities and notes, review calls, and coach team members is an absolute gamechanger.
I would rate Lead411’s overall usability a 9 out of 10. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and provides quick access to accurate data. Features like advanced search filters and integrations make it seamless for sales teams. Minor improvements could be made in global data coverage, but overall, it’s highly efficient and user-friendly.
the data pool of contacts and lead info could be better compared to the other software competitors. The software is still quite easy to use and it has an extension which makes it easy to work side by side with either linkedin or salesforce. One item that doesn't work well which the rep showed us was pulling up the account page on salesforce and LeadIQ being able to pull up the company details based on the domain. That isn't working for us. Perhaps it's the industry we're in.
Drift was extremely easy for both our demand gen team and SDR to jump right into. It was feature rich and purpose-built for marketers—it was remarkably easy to connect our marketing automation, CRM, and more to the platform and get everything to work together. Now the ability to create digital experiences and conversation landing pages is democratized—empowering our team to do better work and provide better prospect/customer experience.
The availability is pretty good, we do sometimes have errors or delays in syncing activities but nothing that has been too detrimental to our workflow. Most recently we had an issue with Lofting through Outlook due to a change in security token that took a few weeks to resolve but it is fixed now.
Yes timely and easy to use. The only delays we have are when we run our big month sales blitz and activities take some time to sync to the reporting as well as SalesForce
I have yet to contact LeadIQ regarding support for the tool. Usability is pretty straight forward, and I was trained well to use the tool properly. I am giving the rating of a five since I can not say I have had contact with the support team.
The support team was very responsive but at the end of the day they took a long time to fix our issue. The issue did get fixed, though, so that is what matters. Very nice people who are there to help in any way they can.
We had some virtual training with our CSM which was very well constructed. It took some time to get into the full swing of things but with a few weeks of hands on experience I was feeling confidant. The SL team was always available to answer questions or jump an a call to walk us through stuff. I also used the Customer Help Center for a few self guided learnings on how to use specific features related to reporting and team management.
ZoomInfo certainly is class when it comes to its capabilities. That said, if you're in a heavy outbound role and you just want to get down to the nitty gritty Lead411 is a cost effective measure to get you the information you need to be as successful as you can possibly be.
The user experience and design of the platform + the data health were far superior to UpLead and the other tools I demoed. I was also impressed by the pricing structure and the ability for me to pick and choose my plan or customize based on the sales team numbers and team capacity.
Salesloft blows outreach out of the water in all aspects. One of the biggest issues I had was their unwillingness to listen to customer feedback. I had requested several small changes to be made when I had previously used the platform that unfortunately fell onto deff ears. I am much happier using Salesloft and the positive results I've experienced are a direct result of that.
So far not a happy customer. We have had a few positive results but for the most part, all phone numbers are relatively inaccurate or they are personal numbers scraped from LinkedIn. When calling a personal number, people are surprised and find it intrusive.
We would not recommend this service until it invests more into correct corporate switchboard numbers at the bare minimum. Currently, these are often incorrect.
I have been with a company that was using Salesloft, but moved to a competitor. I can't say it was exactly the competitors fault, as a lot of other internal changes were happening, (hence leaving the system that was working well), but we had the worst sales year in company history that year. Reps who consistently performed at or above quota were suddenly struggling to keep their pipelines in order, and the middle of the pack reps were going on PiPs and being let go.
Is it the dialer, or the leadership? You decide.
But the leadership also changed the dialer - so maybe it's both?
