Likelihood to Recommend My company works with a client who offers a SaaS solution to the beauty sector. We had been using Salesforce for three years but needed a system with lead nurturing, workflow automation, and user-friendliness that Salesforce lacked without a hefty monthly price tag. We are taking use of LeadMaster's eMarketing, automation, and workflow management capabilities as well as the streamlined nature of the Professional Edition. We've been able to better regulate the sales process and boost our conversion rate as a result. We have been very pleased with LeadMaster's customer service and would suggest their product without reservation.

I raised a ticket. It’s been four days and they won’t reply. So I raised another ticket asking why they are not replying. The issue was quite urgent. Then in a very short time, I saw the ticket was closed. So they have time to close my ticket, but they don’t have time or they don’t want to reply to a ticket. Very interesting. Their attitude of doing nothing is the worst and the rudest I’ve ever seen in my years of working with several email service companies. And I see that they blame this on the pandemic. But many other good companies, they are not doing this. Your problem is your problem, don’t try to blame someone else. So, please DO NOT buy it, consider others.

Mailjet is good at "links", it's really easy to link your content and photos to outside links. Mailjet is good at getting emails out in a timely fashion. Mailjet is really cost-effective compared to their competitors for what all you get. Read full review Cons Need to give all features/access to top level designations of the company. Customer service is not excellent. My email list's integrity was in question. They repeatedly turned off our service questioning my results. Multiple times I went to use the service in need of sending out an email and our service was not working. Read full review Usability My ability to more effectively manage the workflow in our office has been greatly enhanced by LeadMaster. Each member of my team is aware of the students they are responsible for recruiting and the specific process that should be followed with each and every one of them. The system also enables us to practically eliminate the use of paper in our process, which helps to reduce the number of different types of office errors.

Support Rating The reason to give this rating because of the following. 1. Assessing the efficiency of campaigns involving several agencies and points of contact 2. True close loop reporting 3. The capacity to manage a channel through the use of features for updating leads and pipelines. 4. Ensuring that no leads were lost and that they were always assigned to someone for follow-up, whether the lead originated through e-marketing, the filling out of a form on a website, or even a lead from a trade fair 5. Alternatives Considered My client has been using Salesforce for the past two years, but they were looking for a system that would provide lead nurturing, workflow automation, and overall ease of use – functionality that was just not available within Salesforce without incurring a large, monthly fee. I'm using one of my clients who has been using Salesforce for the past two years. Because of LeadMaster's user-friendliness, robust automation and workflow management, and eMarketing capabilities, we have decided to employ the Professional Edition. As a result, we are able to better regulate the sales process and achieve a higher closure rate.

Mailjet was much easier to set up, and much more affordable for us than other solutions we evaluated, such as SendGrid. SendGrid may be better suited for organizations with larger volumes or more technical staff, but for us, Mailjet was a superior solution at this time. We also looked at other competitors, but Mailjet impressed us the most with their ease of use and excellent customer support.

Changing from active campaign to Mailjet decreased our mail spend by more than 50% in savings. Been able to send so many emails for different campaigns increases our retention with active users who became engaged users. In our case, it is important to be in constant communication with customers. Mailjet needs to be complemented with other tools, such as Zapier, in order to create better implementations. It might cost you for additional software but it is still cheaper than solutions that charge you by the number of users. Read full review ScreenShots
