The great thing about livepro is you can structure your content the way that suits your organisation. livepro are there to support you in deciding what may work best for your team, it is not a one size fits all solution. The system allows you to write complex processes in a simplified view so staff can easily navigate to the solution they need. The 'rocket' knowledge object allows your processes that have a lot of variation to be written up in a simple decision tree setup, taking your staff to the right outcome every time.
Notion is good for a plethora of use cases. The templates that it offers give just a few established pages for common uses but these are some of my favorites: Kanban board: we use it a lot in my company to manage tasks and meetings Note taking: whether in a professional or academic environment, Notion is well suited to take notes of everything regardless. Software documentation: the "code" component to insert code snippets is perfect for creating tutorials and documentation for software development. Finance control: I use the "my finances" template to have a proper following of my monthly transactions, which allowed me to be more responsible with my money. Inventory management: Since I own multiple peripherals and general equipment, being able to have a portable inventory of all of it that includes their original value, warranty length and current state has been perfect to know when clean, maintain or straight up replace everything.
Easy to use--livepro is used by our casuals (who have never used the system before) and also our more knowledgeable and experienced staff, all in the same capacity.Positive and engaging training--before implementing livepro, we had on-the-ground training with the livepro team and they have provided us with ongoing support ever since.Anything is possible--livepro encourages users to experiment and to create a system that is unique to their organization/department and to always think outside the box.
Team Collaboration. In Notion's software is the ability to see precisely who is working on a project and where. This eliminates any confusion when on calls or when working on the same project simultaneously. It is easy to tag co-workers to precise moments and build conversation streams.Text Coding. When transitioning text from our Notion ideation and drafting boards to our website backends, the coding holds on all of the text.Organization. Whether it's utilizing a "pin board" set up or nestling pages within pages, it is possible to keep everything organized and easy to find for every member of your team.Incentivized
Feedback module. I'm scratching for things to record in cons here. The feedback module could be improved by having further display options - being able to preview feedback without clicking into it. However, livepro have taken this feedback on board and are already looking at ways to improve.Admin/roles. The current way to set up the roles/permissions is clunky however this is not a space you need to use often. I'm looking forward to the new and improved version that is being worked on.
The increase in integrations with third parties will always promote the adoption of the platform in companies.Personalization with logos and corporate colors sometimes makes the difference when selecting a tool in a corporation.Having multiple functionalities for working in manufacturing companies and with devices developed by third parties encourages other companies to select Notion as their flagship tool to offer implementation packages under alliances that favor its use.
SharePoint did not have the functionality that livepro does. We attempted to create a knowledge hub in SharePoint but were left disappointed.
Trello only has the Kanban board feature and is great for task management, while Notion has a vast array of features, is easier to use, and has a more visually-appealing interface. I choose to use Notion over Trello due to its increased versatility and greater customization capabilities.Incentivized
livepro has improved our right first time response for our customer contact center. In the first six months of going live, our RFT response increased to the 60th percentile from 50 percent. One source of truth--our customer service team is confident in the answers they are providing and that they can rely on the accuracy and quality of information.Providing a superior level of customer service--as the team becomes more efficient in using the system, they are processing more calls and creating more meaningful outcomes for our customers. The teams percentage of missed (abandoned) calls has dropped from 4.26 percent to 3 percent since implementation of livepro.
In just a short amount of time, the majority of my course draft has been transferred into an interactive online course, always liveSufficient control over page structure gives a clean look, with sufficient means to add some personal touchesAfter a learning period, I could concentrate on the content rather than the techA huge motivational drive to learn more about no-code platforms (enthusiastic learner!)Incentivized
