LiveWebinar is best for individuals holding quick meetings or daily scheduled events. Having friction less meetings for teams which does not require prior app installation or setup makes this the perfect webinar platform for persons with techphobia. Schedule, Send, and Start the meeting. There's even built in surveys and tests which makes the meeting or event more engaging and interactive. Unfortunately for multi-day events, it is very hard to use LiveWebinar for this purpose. Let's say for virtual conferences which has defined dates and times for each session, LiveWebinar won't fit this purpose, or at least, it is very hard to execute this scenario using the platform.

If you are a small business or just started with virtual meetings, Zoom [Video Webinar] is best for you. It does the job very well for which it is made for. For teaching, webinars, workshop purposes, Zoom [Video Webinar] can be used easily. It has 100 participants limit for basic users which can be used by trial user user in order to have a idea about its working. Zoom [Video Webinar] can be very well used for bigger webinars/ seminars or bigger gatherings also by considering Business/ Professional plans. The subscription charges are quite low as compared to other software's. Zoom [Video Webinar] has limitation of not providing room or space for other features like class material, Meetings notes, Quizzes etc. Zoom [Video Webinar] can improve its performance also while presenting and it needs to work more on security reasons also.
Read full review Pros Let's you create dedicated (permanent) meeting rooms for recurring meetings/training. Easy overview of all past events/webinars. Branding of a meeting room with company logo possible. Lots of features that make the meeting more professional. No need to install software to connect to a webinar. Read full review Zoom handles multiparticipant meetings very well through a centralized screen that allows you to see all participants, conduct group or individual chat sessions during the meeting and allows anyone to share documents in the meeting. The chat feature in Zoom is very helpful during a meeting for discreetly reaching out to another colleague in the meeting when you want to share verify or validate something before announcing publicly in the meeting. It's great to have sideline conversations that are relevant to myself and another colleague in the meeting without disturbing the meeting. The video features of Zoom are great! Since many of my meetings are conducted virtually, it's nice to see and talk with someone via Zoom's video feature to make our conversations more personal and meaningful Read full review Cons Connectivity and streaming are not always reliable and a webpage needs to be reloaded. Read full review It can get expensive with a large team. Some features in Zoom Meeting aren't in the Zoom Webinar (and vice versa). The analytical data you can get on your viewers isn't as good as GoToWebinar. The tradeoff is still that Zoom Webinar is a frictionless experience. Read full review Likelihood to Renew
Absolutely love the features of Livewebinar and it's probably the most advanced Live webinar solution that I have used. Even with the absence of a native mobile app, the platform is useable on mobile or tablet screen sizes. There's no noticeable lags during the presentation and users find it easy to use and navigate during the presentations / webinars.

We will be renewing with Zoom as long as it continues to meet our needs for client and lead outreach needs in a robust manner. With little error and an easy to use interface, Zoom has met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The cost is right and with a short learning curve, Zoom has been an easy decision to make and maintain.

LiveWebinar is an all in one solution for daily meetings and events. I made it a 9 as it is almost perfect in its current form. However, there were some reported issues on mobile connectivity as there is no native app of LiveWebinar for both iOS and Android. Moreover, I'm hoping that LiveWebinar could connect to my Google, Outlook, or iCal calendar to synch events regularly. I'd love to see my calendar inside LiveWebinar which makes it to the top of the feature wishlist for this platform. Further, if LiveWebinar is able to handle multiple day events or meetings with just a few clicks, that would make this platform, a 11/10 rating!

Ease of use and fairly simple to navigate to set up or attend a meeting. It is a simple set up and you can use simple help tutorials to get to where you need. Other users without a camera or microphone will be able to attend a meeting with a simple interface that will allow them to join. By not limiting users more people are able to use this product.

Customer support of LiveWebinar is top notch. They are available almost 24x7x365. I rarely wait for the next response and given that people are not suppose to work on holidays or weekends, their support agents are always there to lend a helping hand. The responses are spot on. It's not that I need help with platform having some issues or anything, but for general account questions, they quickly respond to each and every query I raise over to support. Definitely one of the best things with LiveWebinar.

I could probably list another 1/2 dozen vendors beside the ones noted above. They all have various pros and cons. I'll start with the lesser products
- while they are generally cheap or free their features are minimal and really not appropriate for anything more the small conversations.
has some had some up and downs, they have tried to re-release it a few times with drastic UI changes but it's not something
has even really nailed + plus obviously, it's tied to an organization using
as their primary LMS with may not work for you. While there may be a stand-alone purchasing option It's typically tied into buying a package of products from
was OK, I used it for years but it's not up to par with the quality I expect from Adobe. The updates they've made to it over the years are quite minimal and its flash-based tech is a growing issue. Also, the creation of meeting rooms and telephone/conference line integrations are extremely tedious. If you do go with this product at least get the hosting through Adobe, hosting locally seems to add a high level of slow down to the system and their support of self-hosted users has been subpar. Lasty,
is probably one of the few products on here I would flat out call AWFUL. I wouldn't use it even if they paid me. Avoid.
