MailWasher vs. Paubox Email Suite

MailWasher is a proficient solution that screen, filter, and acquire any spam email, taking the most secure and efficient precautionary action to keep the system safe. Further, the recycle bin from MailWasher is active, where it controls the already deleted texts, and they instantly get retrieved. Again, the adding of a friend list to the MailWasher is super effective, making the entire process of forwarding emails effectively.

It is well-suited where you have access to manage your business's own domain settings. It is well-suited to medical professionals requiring send/receive email encryption of PHI/PII in compliance with HIPAA. It is less well-suited to solo users than group users, due to Paubox's requirement to buy licenses in sets of 3 (requiring you to pay $120x3=$360 yearly for 3 licenses, even if you only need 1 license).

• Some web security measures are slightly ignored by MailWasher.
• High internet demand for a faster downloading capacity, which may affect businesses' cost of network connection.
• However, MailWasher is the excellent email filter, with professional blocking power.

• Only drawback was the actual setup in Outlook was a little tricky. I called support and they made it easy.

The recycle bin feature from MailWasher ensure there is no accidental email deleting and this affirms every content. Further, MailWasher allows the previewing of any email written, and this corrects the mistakes and makes sure the sent content is accurate. Further, MailWasher is a simple application with flexibility and no demands to learn anything about the application.

• MailWasher is perfect in blocking malicious emails, controlling the chances of attacks.
• Besides, MailWasher makes the preview of an email possible, and this makes the correction process effective and practical.
• The coordination with platforms like Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, among others, makes MailWasher effective and universal.

• Paubox provided a plug-n-play solution, requiring no extra development, so the switchover cost was very low.
• By integrating with our existing support system, Paubox added no overhead to our customer support.
• The user experience is great for the vast majority of our customers (those whose email provider supports TTL encryption), so customer satisfaction remains high.
