It is probably overkill for smaller, less extensive projects, and time required for setup might outweigh any potential efficiencies. It might not work well when ERP is not from SAP (mostly ERP for small customers like NETSUITE, APPTIO, CORTEX etc.). for smaller customers procurement software like Coupa would better fit compared to SAP Supplier Relationship Manager. Likelihood to Renew	Responsive (formerly RFPIO) This tool has been fantastic as we have revamped our RFP process. We are much faster and far more efficient.Our win rate is up, but I am not 100% sure this is the cause, but I love to see it. The customer support and training are also fantastic. Thumbs up! I am, however, quite pleased with RFP360 as a user, and am confident that my colleagues who were responsible for making the decision were thorough and discerning. It has more languages supported and good mobile interface. Coupa has good Analytics and ca integrate well with ERPs like netsuite, octa, salesforce, cortex etc. It can also well integrate with other software like Docusign and support multiple languages with easier custom development.
