Managers have a written log of thankyou notes, which can be presented as evidence in cases of grievances. The tool has a good list of vendors for employees to choose a variety of gift cards. It is easy to run reports. Not that it is less appropriate to also be a communication hub for technical/work-related stuff, but I would prefer for it to have its sole purpose for rewards and recognitions. It has gained a special and HAPPY reaction within me, whenever a Xoxoday email pops out of my notification box. "Oh, someone is celebrating their work anniversary! Let me congratulate this person and appreciate all the assistance he/she provided me for the past xx years" or "Someone awarded me? Great! Thank you so much". Support Rating	Globoforce (Workhuman) The company has an in-house customer support team. They can be reached by email or phone. The response time is good and I do not have anything negative to say about them. The good thing is that the hours of operation are 24/7 so one can reach them anytime with questions about reward management.
