We have had to reach out for assistance many times for different tasks and communication has been very timely and helpful. Never once have we had to ask the same question because the answers have always addressed our needs.

Network for Good has everything we need plus is allowing us to be creative in our donor relationship building.

I have used other similar donor management/communication products and have found that Network For Good offers the best of all functions.

I love that donors can be categorized in more than one way. For instance, at my old job donors could be only one "type." It was a school and church, and I personally fit three different profiles: alumni, parishioner, and current school parent. But I could only be classified as ONE of those things. The agency where I now use NFG also has people that fit more than one profile, so it's nice to be able to categorize them in every way they fit.

We had been doing all our documentation of our contributors and donors using old school systems that really were not designed to keep track of money. Network for Good is definitely designed for that specific use. It was also affordable. We looked at other systems but we could not afford them.
It is user friendly. With the prompts throughout the entry, even a volunteer can do the data entry.

Network for good is great for small or large nonprofits that want to fundraise.

However, if you all ready have a strategic fundraising database this might not be the ideal software for you.

Network for good's Jumpstart program was a great way for a small NPO to buy the software. Their coaching sessions are fabulous and we continue to use our fundraising coach!

Some of the biggest selling points for me were:

• They downloaded my contacts into their system with a variety of categories at no extra charge
• The templates and fundraising ideas
• The ability to set up a variety of campaigns that I can run in various places; email, social media, live events
• The analytics. I think they have thought of everything in this category!

The onboarding process was great. Our team was able to work with Network for Good staff several times on ZOOM meetings, we were able to ask questions, we completed assignments, and we felt very well cared for. Even today, one year later, we know that we can call and reach out to Network for Good with a question or problem, and they will help us work through it. That, we feel, is priceless.

It has made a world of difference to us to have stakeholder profiles, our listserv donations, sponsorships, and event registration all in one place. We do have monthly events where we would prefer a cleaner registration that does not look like a donation to the person registering.

Network for Good (NFG) offered a white glove experience for Competitive Edge EQ. We switched to NFG at a critical time. We were on the heels of Giving Tuesday. As one can imagine, our concern was exasperated because Giving Tuesday is critical for most smaller nonprofits. But NFG supported us through each phase - from the introduction, training, onboarding, and implementation. They worked with us every step of the way! We had a pretty successful Giving Tuesday thanks to the NFG team! I will say that the NFG team was well knowledgeable about the transition process. What they did not know they were honest in saying, " let me find out and get back to you". I am grateful!

For all of my friends in the non-profit world I recommend Network for Good!! I really can't speak to how well suited it would be in the corporate world.

Again, for managing and keeping track of a donor base its fantastic. For me, transferring my information to network for good was a big challenge. I had to have the support team help me, which once they figured out the issue were great!

I've used Network for Good in both medium sized and small nonprofits. Each time was a conversion from EXCEL spreadsheets to online management and that has been amazing each time. The consolidation of all information as well as tools for growth and communication makes it very cost effective! We've not had a less appropriate experience to share.

This system streamlines everything I have to do in the donations department and fundraising for our nonprofit.

I have found that the Network for Good system has been able to effectively manage all of the information and data that I have needed.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! After signing up with Network For Good (for the MC-1 Foundation), I needed to choose a mentor to help me with my “crash course” of strategic fundraising. I had never been involved in fundraising before and really didn’t know what to look for. Truly by luck, I chose John G. as my mentor and I’m so glad that I did! Though I have high-level computer/internet skills, I had absolutely no experience with fundraising and/or working with a non-profit organization. After our initial conversation, I believe John knew exactly where I would need assistance in the jumpstart program. I was mentored by John through the accelerated training so using our time in the most effective way was crucial. He knew that I understood the mechanics of sending newsletters, setting up campaigns, etc., and truly focused on the training and mentoring that I personally needed: strategic fundraising. John is very knowledgeable about all areas of fundraising and he made my hour-long conference calls fun and informative. He provided me with ideas for planned giving, recurring donations, campaigns, and so much more.If you are new to Network For Good, and if you can choose your mentor, I highly recommend John G. I use it primarily for fundraising and it works well

It is wonderful for donor management and event management. It is not ideal for grant management and tracking. I need a system that does both!

Network for Good is perfect for where we are in our life cycle. We had struggled for years, so are thrilled with everything. I would imagine that it may be less appropriate for a very large organization that wants full customization and has the means to build its perfect CRM. For us, Network for Good is as close to perfect as possible.

I have been working with an onboarding coach, and he has been very helpful in making sure that I understand the concepts that he cares about.

I know that businesses buy into new things, and then staff may not use it or use it sporadically, and then eventually, it just goes away. Wasted dollars, right? With the support you receive with Network for Good, that situation happening is definitely reduced. Also, once I saw what type of information I could get from the data I entered, I was pretty excited to continue.

The donor import process was not seamless, and the employees we communicated with at Network for Good were not as responsive as would have liked.

Network for Good is well suited for a non-profit that has limited staff and relies on multiple people with limited marketing and fundraising experience because it teaches as you use it, and you are able to expand your use over time as you learn the features. It allows communication with donors in various ways so that you can maximize outreach.

Excellent for donor communication. Text messages were blocked by carriers and I had to send them 8 at a time. I need to check with customer support to see how to best handle this situation.
