Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

Competitive Edge EQ uses Network for Good as our CRM/donor-based system. It is an EXCELLENT fundraising tool! We use it primarily to connect and build relationships with our donor base.
  • Customer Service is IMPECCABLE.
  • They have MASTERED the on-boarding process!
  • The follow-up is impressive!
  • Transitioning from a different platform to Network for Good was seamless!
  • More communication around closing out individual accounts is critical. We thought the account with EveryAction was closed but it was not. We were charged for two months. We are still being charged by the Paragon (merchant account). So, it is important that they nail that transition process.
  • The immediate donor interaction feature is BIG!
  • Ready-made templates are a nice attraction.
  • Maneuvering and learning the platform is incredibly easy!
  • The ROI has been great for us. We are able to interact with donors, send out updates, and expand our reach.
I will share that EveryAction, while a nice product, is not meant for smaller nonprofits. The customer service and onboarding process were less than desirable.

Network for Good (NFG) offered a white glove experience for Competitive Edge EQ. We switched to NFG at a critical time. We were on the heels of Giving Tuesday. As one can imagine, our concern was exasperated because Giving Tuesday is critical for most smaller nonprofits. But NFG supported us through each phase - from the introduction, training, onboarding, and implementation. They worked with us every step of the way! We had a pretty successful Giving Tuesday thanks to the NFG team! I will say that the NFG team was well knowledgeable about the transition process. What they did not know they were honest in saying, " let me find out and get back to you". I am grateful!
