Ease in Document Review and Production
I have had experience requesting professional assistance for both uploading documents and production. For uploading, it took some additional time, but it was a much easier experience than uploading myself. For document production, the experts were very helpful and immediately produced all the documents in the exact manner that I had requested.

DISCO for legal work.
We needed to de-thread a series of emails reviewed, and a DISCO support team quickly and easily did this, dramatically reducing the number of documents to review. The support team has also been extremely helpful with any queries we've had.

DISCO Ediscovery is the best!
Anytime I have needed assistance with DISCO Ediscovery, the help staff have been quick to reply and very helpful. They answer questions fully and you definitely get the benefit of speaking with a real person with DISCO Ediscovery experience rather than a call center or computer.

Our experience with the DISCO consultants has been prompt, effective, and obtained the results we needed. They are quick to answer questions and get you an answer, or get you to the right person for the answer you need if they themselves don't know it. Whenever we need assistance they are there to help and get us what we need to complete the task we are dealing with.

Good value for mid sized firms.
The forensics team is on point. They have done a great job on every matter. When it comes to project management, however, that largely varies based on the quality of the DISCO Ediscovery team. We've experienced mixed results based on who we've worked with.

Good for basic reviewing, could be improved by developing additional functions for specific professions.
We have found them very helpful. During circumstances where we have to mass tag documents or de-duplicate, they have assisted us in cutting down the document sets.

Easy to Navigate but Less Advanced Features
I'm not sure this is applicable to me. The ability to see overall review statistics was helpful from a project management perspective, as it was a quick way to get a sense of where we were in the review and what our general findings were. It was nice to have that easily accessible from the user end of the platform.

DISCO is the best eDiscovery software, hands down.
With one rare exception, I have had nothing but positive experience with Professional Services. My questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. The folks are knowledgeable and explain things to me in a way that is clear and makes perfect sense. I have reached out for challenges with load file ingests, productions, and a number of other issues, and the Professional Services team (with that one rare exception) has always been there for me.

DISCO Ediscovery--the smart archive
I have heard about DISCO Ediscovery's expert staff and have heard nothing but good things about them. Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to speak with any of the expert staff myself. I am impressed by their qualifications and they certainly seem like a high caliber team of technical and legal experts.

DISCO Ediscovery--quick and easy discovery!
Though I haven't used these features a lot, I rely on AI tagging and suggested tags to find important documents. The way that DISCO Ediscovery displays metadata of a document, and DISCO Ediscovery can identify and present hidden content, such as deleted tabs, etc. on production materials, has been very helpful.

Benefits of DISCO Ediscovery for Litigation
Our team (Everchron) has been amazing, particularly Linda Truong. She is literally always available whenever anything comes up at weird hours and on urgent timelines (as they often do during discovery) and she is extremely reliable and completes everything perfectly without error. We have also had success on sanctions and related motions using Everchron's e-Discovery experts' testimony.

Good platform
I have never had direct facing work with these folks, because I have been told it comes at a fee and only project manager should contact. Free support would be great.
