DISCO Ediscovery--the smart archive

We have used this platform at a department-wide level. It has allowed us to share large documents on the cloud. It also makes it easier to search for the correct document to review on the cloud by using intelligent search features. It overlays Amazon Web Services, which has good built-in security protocols.

DISCO Ediscovery has saved our department lots of time finding the relevant documents we need for a given situation. The storage platform DISCO Ediscovery uses has also provided greater accessibility and security for our documents. We no longer need to worry about losing documents. Additionally the workflow and metrics features are intuitive and easy to use.

DISCO Ediscovery was originally designed for legal teams; however, any department that has a large volume of lengthy documents will find the processing, reviewing and producing of documents enhanced through this platform. DISCO Ediscovery also contributes value to our department through the searching, workflow and metrics features which allow us to track document flow.

The greatest impact DISCO Ediscovery platform has contributed to our organization has been the increased speed with which to search for specific documents among many similar large documents. It also helps to find other versions of the documents or similar documents and organize them in the database. The uploading and sharing interface is also very user friendly and allows everyone in the department to participate.

I have heard about DISCO Ediscovery's expert staff and have heard nothing but good things about them. Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to speak with any of the expert staff myself. I am impressed by their qualifications and they certainly seem like a high caliber team of technical and legal experts.

I was not in the position to make the decision to begin using DISCO Ediscovery; however, I am happy that we began using it. Prior to using DISCO Ediscovery, it was very tedious to search through all of the documents in our archive to find the ones we were looking for because each document was so long and contained similar search terms.
