Our experience with IBM Robotic Process Automation was favorable from the beginning since the ease of use and the user experience is impressive, and its implementation had no delays or inconveniences. We solve problems automatically, and with the help of bot programming, we reduce hours of manual work, reduce errors by human personnel and streamline our internal processes with great efficiency in the final results.
  • Excellent ease of use, easy for new users, with just a few steps you can start automating simple but valuable tasks to reduce human error.
  • Code debugging is very easy.
  • The increase in effectiveness in our daily processes is favorable, we like to be produced automatically.
  • The bots fully comply with what is required, and they have very good artificial intelligence.
  • It has almost no drawbacks or drawbacks, at first it seemed a bit expensive, but after seeing the amount of profit we have achieved we knew that it is a necessary software to increase the value of our manual processes.
I recommend it since we process a lot of information on a daily basis and this software can process it automatically, without making mistakes or inconveniences. IBM Robotic Process Automation has been very beneficial in reducing the daily working hours of human personnel, since the bots do them automatically and very quickly, the requirements to be able to program them are minimal, which generates more confidence to implement it.
  • Reduce manual effort, colleagues can focus on other tasks while bots perform fast, error-free actions.
  • It is software that speeds up manual tasks, does not require expert personnel, which reduces the costs of hiring new personnel, and increases the flow of information automatically with positive results.
Our experience with chatbots has been beneficial, as this was also one of the reasons why we were able to implement IBM Robotic Process Automation in our company, to improve the experience with our customers and reduce delays. Setup is simple and we customize it to our liking to produce the results expected, it has been well received by our customers and has a wider range of positive results.
IBM Robotic Process Automation has been a fantastic software to increase effectiveness without the need to go to human personnel, with the capacity that bots have, manual hours are favorably reduced, and we have reduced to 30% the time that human personnel spends in front of the computer performing tasks, our internal processes are now automated, we are constantly implementing them in new areas to continue generating positive results.

We are RPA Service providers and IBM businees partners. We recommend and use the IBM Robotic Process Automation platform to automate our clients' businesses. Not many MS Office options (like Pivot and Lookup) but provided macro/vbsccript support which is not suitable for non-programatic users. The new version(21.0) of documentation is much better. I love the coonectors of google drive, one drvie, dropbox provided by IBM RPA. The best feature is dashboard customization without paying extra. Easy way of triggering bots using Launcher(desktop application), Scehduler, Control Room API, Bot agent API(clinet system). IBM RPA was improved a lot recently and the future feature list seems very good.
  • Chat bot, machine learning model
  • REST APIs to call bots, Orchestration process
  • Multiple customizable dashboards
  • Subroutine option
  • Connectors to Google Drvie, One Drive, Dropbox, Exchange, gmail
  • Machine Learning Models
  • Traning paltform for Machine Learning Models
  • Documentation (v21.0 onwards)
  • easy installation of On-Prem version
  • Simple Control Center
  • simple PDF extraction and OCR
  • Legacy application automation (IBM Robotic Process Automation did not recognize MS Dynamics AX)
  • More options for Microsoft office application
  • Exception handling
  • Support for user interaction (like an option to wait for approval from human)
  • Folder lever authentication
  • support for uploading files to control center other than bots
  • support for custom screen scaling for window application automation
Well suited for business automation. Need some improvements in automating Windows applications. As the IBM RPA product evolving rapidly much recommended for repetitive, rule-based tasks. Not suitable for automating apllications thru RDP
  • never involved in finance
I did not used chatbots integrations so far. But IBM RPA provided many options to develop chat bots. IBM RPA required Microsoft Azure Cloud Bot subscription to deploy chat bots.
one of our client's Finance Recon process is rule-based but very time taking as the transaction are in millions. The IBM RPA reduced human effort and improved process time.
  • Human Effort : 4 Human x 7 days
  • Bot : 2 days (human running bot manually)
  • Human Effor on bot : 4 hrs (overall)
We always recommend the IBM Robotic Process Automation as it is easy to use, no complex installation, easy control center operations and will do automation one way or another. Low cost of IBM RPA with all features is eye-catching.

The IBM Robotic Process Automation is being used by many departments but the principal focus is in Sales Operation, to increase Sales, reduce manual work, and optimize the sales process. We will expand for the other business verticals how finance and health.
  • Resolve captcha
  • Interaction with webpages
  • Friendly interface
  • Easy utilization
  • Performance with some process mining
  • Reading images
  • Difficult to using with Citrix
[IBM Robotic Process Automation works] for webpages, sites, documents, sheets [which] are very nice. For Citrix and images has the opportunity to improve.
  • Opportunity for financial recovery in credit validation processes
  • High operating cost of license
The cost and performance the Python is bigger when compare with IBM RPA, but otherwise in others features ex. captcha IBM is better.

Hello, we used IBM-RPA to make a bot that automates the process of COVID-19 vaccine verification. The bot we used runs with a code written by JAVA as the backend database. It was quite a nice experience working with IBM-RPA. It would have been easy to understand the protocol if it had a user manual kind of thing. The one problem that we faced is that, once the program is executed, there will be few errors shown in the launcher due to some glitches at times. And it's really difficult to multi-program with 2 or more languages for the same bot. My organization is using IBM-RPA to do few other hands-on projects and to know RPA better.
  • Data entry and retrieval
  • Multi-application working platform
  • Multi-tasking
  • Error- handling
  • It would have been cool, if you can code in different languages for the same bot.
  • Scheduling and running few programs is difficult.
  • Accuracy and precision for a bulk data.
It is really good for bulkier database automation.
It can be widely used for application purposes for jobs and colleges.
It is well suited for a well-data-managed and equipped environment.
It is least suited for transactions that include complexity.
It is not preferred for programming a bot with multiple language protocols.

  • It developed our idea into a working model.
  • Automation was quite easy.
  • Negative- Multi language programming is a no.
We had quite a few queries and doubts, so we reached out to the IBM Robotic Process Automation support team, but the help we got was nothing. Then we even reached out in the group discussions, where we sought out to ask few technical-related questions, but we received no help. Moreover, we even tried figuring out things on our own, using programming. It would have been really great if we receive a participation certificate from IBM for all the effort we put into learning and competing against the teams worldwide.
No, I did not purchase premium support, as I participated in the competition of IBM-Robotic Process Automation. I used the free version and I'm quite impressed by it. Well, now I would get a premium support purchase for easier and faster solutions to the problems I face. Support provided for the free trial version was quite impressive too.
I enjoyed working with IBM Robotic Programming Automation. It has a wide range of applications ranging from small usage to bulk-database usage. It automated my work well and the error-handling capabilities of the bot were amazing. It would be even better if it had a large scope for programmers out there who are quite equipped with their knowledge of different languages.
