UI is friendly. Basically that alone is enough to renew because it is easy to use and gives accurate and fast results. The effective cross collaboration from other colleagues in my organization also makes for this tool to be extremely effective. Now that I understand how to use it, I can also easily train others on how to use it effectively.
Solid product and meets most of our proposal management needs.
It seems to be working well for us. There are some areas I would like to see improvement or perhaps learn better ways to optimize RFPIO to its fullest. I feel like we have a lot to learn still.
Although we are not running many projects through RFPIO, the Answer Library and Documents Library are extremely helpful to our internal clients and to the proposal team. Before RFPIO, we used SharePoint and it was not effective and took forever to find the information we needed. RFPIO is more sophisticated and intuitive. I like the way that users can impact the development of the tool.
I am not responsible or even tangential to the decision to renew RFPIO, but if they were to ask my feedback, I would resoundingly recommend to them that they renew the tool. It has made responding to RFPs much easier, with self-service capabilities.
RFPIO is giving us great efficiency for our organization and in order to meet customer expectations, we are going to keep using it to have a immediate RFP response.
We will continue to renew our contract with RFPIO because of the amazing support, great cost and overall benefit to our processes as an organization.
