Penelope is NOT ACCESSIBLE and therefore not compliant with Canadian Legislation for Access for persons who identify as living with a disability.
- Better remote access for case management in a timely fashion
- Exclusion of staff and clients because of the lack of accessibility
- Higher costs to try to assist our consultants to access and use Penelope which are not covered by Social Solutions.

Penelope needs more social solutions
- Created the need to hire temps to correct data incorrectly entered based on a poor initial setup.
- Frustrated staff to the point many stopped entering services that were essential for receiving funding.
- Gave me an excellent understanding of what happens when core functions are lacking.
