Overall Satisfaction with Trust Swiftly
As a financial site that deals with customers purchasing goods and services using online payments such as PayPal and bank wire transactions. The solution is mainly used for our customers with large payments that use abnormal information. Our customers then complete a check on Trust Swiftly so they are able to confirm themselves. Once we get the information we can deliver their order or transaction. So overall its for online security checks as the product can secure payments.
- Some of the top parts is the speed at which the checks can be completed. Usually customers get notified right away and then complete it within a few minutes. Other solutions we had to wait a long time for the customer to fill out the information needed.
- We also liked the pricing structure as it fit our budget and allowed us to have enough security without giving up many features. This balance was important to see what we needed to pay extra for such as lookups on government databases.
- Having the branding and customization was another benefit as we could match all the themes and different collection points to our own tools.
- We hope there is better guidance on the new releases of features as we were waiting for another logo option for our company and it was pushed back on adding.
- A plan with a cheaper minimum would be useful for startups that are looking to start out on verifications. We initially only did a few checks.
- Some kind of live chat would be nice too for when we run into setup issues.
- More orders and transactions are processed quicker when using it since we have an automated process. We went from wait times of 1 hour to less than a few minutes when checking transactions.
- The tool also saved us thousands of dollars during a carding attack where a bot was using a bunch of new ips and cards.
- Our staff saves lots of time by not having to follow up with people and allow a self service system.
Other options we tried did not have the flexibility needed for our business. They wouldn't work with us or provide responses to our feedback. We felt ignored and eventually had to look for a better tool that could resolve our issue. Trust Swiftly could do the same features but even more by making it faster and easier to complete the checks.
