Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)

During the massive shift of our business to working from home, we needed a way to receive external phone calls from customers and vendors even though we were using an on-premise PBX. Utilizing call-forwarding from our PBX, we were able to get 8x8 X Series set up in only a few days.
  • User friendly interfaces
  • Easy to setup
  • Easy to use
  • Supervisor Analytics needs more control over what details and queues users are able to see
  • The ability to keep our communications with customers and vendors has been extremely valuable
8x8's management interfaces are much more user friendly and intuitive compared to Ring Central.
You can setup just about anything in minutes with 8x8 where in Ring Central you would still be searching their menus.
Customer support was quick to respond and helped with every question I had
