Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

My company needed an LMS for Content Creation for upskilling current employees and onboarding new employees. We also needed a way to house training and informational resources. When using our previous LMS, it was difficult to easily create beautiful and useful content and support from that LMS was slow and lacking actual help. 90% of learning content and resources is made in house. We needed a robust LMS to support this.

Creating beautiful and useful content that can be housed in one place for all of my company's training, onboarding, research, and upskilling needs. The intelligent recommendations save me time as I am searching for the things I need in the admin menus. I love having access to the thousands of courses through Absorb Amplify that can meet the varied needs of upskilling for my colleagues.
The support staff at Absorb are the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and quick to respond that I have every experienced at a company. I don't look forward to having issues, but I do look forward to interacting with them always. They are so knowledgable about the platform and are actually excited about the things they are teaching or helping with.
It was very difficult to create content in LearnWorlds. It was not intuitive and it was hard to make it look the way I wanted it to. Support was slow and actually not helpful. Instead of meeting live to help through an issue, they would send emails back and forth or send a screencast walking me through how to fix my issue. Even though my support tickets always explained what I had already done to fix the issue, their emails back to me (the next day) would reiterate that I should try the steps that I already said I tried. This was beyond frustrating. Absorb support is live and fast.

Absorb is well suited to meet all of the needs of my company as an LMS, content creation tool, reporting tool for compliance and HR, resource library, and a wonderful tool for self guided upskilling of employees.
In our case, Absorb is not needed for any ecommerce or client learning or outreach. However, it is good to know that those capabilities are there if we ever need them in the future.
