Overall Satisfaction with Accruent EMS Software

We are a teaching hospital and I book out conference rooms for meetings, classes, workshops etc as well as equipment like laptops, projectors, Flat screens.
  • No double booking occurs
  • I print reports once a week and it has what we need
  • I love the calendar feature that I can filter rooms
  • When I print my reports it would be great to have highlighting feature
  • I like it when canceling to know who the person who canceled is, but I don't like that we have to put a reason.
It is only used in our department at our hospital but we share a server with a couple other hospitals that use this program.
It has adapted well to the resources I need it for which is mainly for set ups and restores. I don't have anything to do with catering.
It is well suited for booking rooms, especially where there are setups and restores. We have a crew that does setups etc. and so when I print out my reports I can give them a copy with the setup and restores, it is very clear and I highlight what I need them to do. It works well with booking equipment as well.
