Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I am the supply chain manager and use it to issue purchase orders and to keep track of inventory and the current margins.

Pros

  • Data is real time
  • Easy to process purchase orders and sales orders
  • Works well with customizing to different peoples' needs

Cons

  • Make creating reports easier
  • Make creating inquiries easier
  • Positive - real time data
  • Very user-friendly
  • We use it for multiple companies

Acumatica works well with integrating with Big Commerce. It wasn't too hard to switch from Sage to Acumatica. It took a while to get the kit configuration figured out.
