Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We are a distribution business. Acumatica handles ALL of our software needs aside from our warehouse operations.
- Customizability. I love how we can program our own customizations on top of Acumatica’s code.
- Data at our fingertips. It’s so easy to whip up a generic inquiry to see the data you need real time.
- Web native. It was born on the web and you can tell.
- The warehouse software has a long way to go to be useful for most companies with medium warehouse volume
- The report builder is hard to work with (although generic inquires are great)
- They’ve made performance improvements but still unexplainably slow at times
- More visibility into data for faster business decisions
- Able to scale up employees quickly
- Our revenue has increased about 50% since moving to Acumatica
