Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Acumatica's SAS model allows us to have unlimited users, thus we were able to build a client portal so that clients may enter their own orders into our system.
- Easy access on all devices.
- General search bar helps to find your way if you are lost.
- My office is in my pocket.
- For clients who are not very tech inclined a few more basic sessions at the summit would be useful. So much is overwhelming.
- Acumatica has allowed an important ability for us to design a custom client portal that has accelerated cash collection sufficiently to finance the entire cost of the system.
