We use Adobe Acrobat when we want to protect documents. Adobe Acrobat makes it real simple to send a document to a client to sign and we guarantee this way that the client will sign without changing the text included in the document. Adobe Acrobat is available everywhere therefore its a universal application that every person uses and no one has an issue with opening a sent document.

- Size of the file sent.
- Can open the file on a web-page even if you do not have adobe.
- Maybe the file size can be smaller or more compressed.
- Signing a document (maybe Adobe can create away to connect it to a drawing platform where you can make your own signature immediately).
- I believe Passwords can be hacked for documents through certain available applications. This needs to be worked on.

The many features Adobe Acrobat has added a great advantage. It does not even require a lot of training. You can even turn a document to a word document therefore import and export are great options available within Adobe Acrobat.
- It saves a lot of time when sending a document from a security prospective not to audit the documents again.
- It saves cost because you can still download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat if you really needed it.
- You do not need to teach others on how to use Adobe Acrobat therefore this is time and cost saving.
We do not worry any more if a document is sent out in Adobe Acrobat that changes will take place. This is specially for long contracts to sign of 100+ pages. Security here is an important factor to our company where the format and contents stays as is in the original form it was sent with.
All the other applications in the market are replications of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe is the original one. The work on Adobe Acrobat with all the updates does not allow competition from other applications to work. Adobe Acrobat has many features in this applications that others cannot compete or replicate in any way.
