Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime

I was using the [Adobe Captivate Prime] software to edit videos for my social media accounts. My business problem was having a more professional video to share with my market. I strictly used it for external purposes and only for social media.

I didn't seek support for this product because I opted for a free trial. I hope that in the future there will be videos to help understand how to work this software. It could be extremely beneficial to my small business in the future.
I havent used anything like Adobe Captivate Prime.
For businesses that are looking to create more video content [Adobe Captivate Prime] is a great product. However, its not user friendly and can be a little confusing trying to navigate. I think there should be more clear cut instructions and/or videos to figure it all out.

Using Adobe Captivate Prime

1 - There needs to be a basic understanding of how this software works and what it does.

It wasn't user friendly enough for me. I had a difficult time navigating it and didn't want to waste too much time trying to figure it all out. If it were more clear cut and to the point I think it would be more worthwhile for someone like me.
