Overall Satisfaction with Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand

Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand is being used across our whole organization, for part-time and full-time staff and administration. While we still keep written time sheets, Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand helps us keep a digital trail, records, and is a comparison to our written (paper) time sheets in case of any error or oversight. Staff uses Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand every time they clock in or out, and if the transfer from one role/position to another.
  • It allows its users to go back and check their time, see if there are any discrepancies, or if they forgot to clock in/out so that administration can be notified.
  • It allows the administration to make sure employees aren't going over with their time, and if their written time sheets correlate to their digital time (with Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand).
  • It also allows the administration to see work times/flow and change/update staff schedules as needed.
  • Allows employees to track their time off/vacation time and sick time.
  • Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand can be used on a computer or mobile device, which makes it convenient for everyone.
  • We have had some difficulty in using Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand on mobile devices, ie. sometimes employees will hit the 'punch' button to clock in/out, but it doesn't recognize it, and the time has to be put in manually (corrected) by the administration.
  • There are some aspects of Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand that our company doesn't utilize, so those items are superfluous for us (ie. extra items on the screen that clutter up the view, items/tabs that we don't use or aren't needed). Would like to be able to customize our view.
  • No other cons - really love the program and fairly simple to use/learn.
  • Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand has allowed our company to keep our costs down by keeping overtime down. When employees and administration alike can track the hours worked per week, it really makes it easy for everyone.
  • We really haven't seen any negative impact - the only negative is human error when employees forget to punch in or out, and it has to be manually corrected. But that isn't a programming problem, again, just human error.
Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand beats the old 'paper' sign in sheet, hands down. Yes, we still use them - as a backup - since you can never be too careful or sure when technology may let you down. BUT - Being able to track every employee, at every site, at every school and office, all across the state, is a godsend.
Advanced Time Management Attendance on Demand may not be well suited if most of the staff/employees are salaried but is perfectly suited for companies where most of their staff/employees are paid hourly. Also may not be well suited if employees don't have access to a computer terminal or other appropriate device.

Yes - Very well most of the time, except using a touchscreen, it can sometimes not recognize when you hit the punch button to clock in/out, and then that has to be corrected by the administration. That seems to be the only issue we've had.
