Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
We're using Airtable as part of our UCDGS workgroup to create content and social media calendars with small programs and student groups at UC Davis. Airtable is helpful with organizing content calendars, associating posts with quarterly interests, and designing personas that guide in content and social media creation. This is especially useful to create guiding calendars for programs that are in various locations and cities.
- Airtable captures content calendars that can identify opportunities for variety.
- Airtable helps to associate personas with various content.
- Our ability to reuse content for incoming first-year students makes Airtable valuable as we can see what happened last year and reuse evergreen resources.
- We have small programs and student groups that are unable to afford an account. Adding them to a free account allows them to view our work, but I must be the one that makes changes.
- Airtable allows me to create clean content calendars that are easy to review by staff and students at multiple locations. The formatting of activity calendars makes Airtable helpful for presenting or modifying work and knowing what needs to be done.
