Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

I use AlphaSense in our day-to-day activities tracking analyst reactions and competitive activity. I employ AlphaSense's effective search tools, as well as email alerts, to keep on top of a broad scope of coverage.
  • Scope of materials: broad spectrum ranging from equity analyst research to transcripts to SEC filings.
  • Search: AlphaSense has an effective search function that can span the scope of materials while narrowing in on specific sets of materials, as needed.
  • Customer Service: The instant message feature is helpful if there are issues.
  • Alerts: alerts require some time and effort to configure, but once set up appropriately, they work very well.
  • Deeper competitive insights.
  • More informed decision making.
  • More efficient competitive insight generation.
AlphaSense's platform is incredibly intuitive and straightforward. The search capability makes finding things very simple and easy, even for people without a ton of time on their hands. Highlighting in documents even speeds up scanning through documents to find specific keywords in any type of document (presentation, transcript, or document).
Our organization's ability to leverage this platform has been critical to staying on top of competitive and industry insights.

AlphaSense is well-suited to any industry professional looking to gain real-time insight. Event transcripts are now available in near real-time. Equity analyst notes are going to show up later than direct feeds, but timing is appropriate for most use cases. The platform is also particularly well-suited to looking back in time at companies that may have been acquired long ago, given AlphaSense's deep library. This can be particularly helpful when looking at case studies of organizations. The alert platform, if configured appropriately, can be very helpful. However, it needs to be configured appropriately for maximum utility.
