Overall Satisfaction with Apple Pay

We currently implement Apple Pay at two of our shipping centers to sell gift cards to our customers. We needed more options for taking payments at our centers in order to increase the sale of gift cards and, in return, keep customers' spending at our centers. Apple Pay is a great option, and a lot of people just want to use their Apple Watch or iPhone to make purchases.

Many customers had inquired about Apple Pay as they are used to using their Apple Watches or iPhones for making payments. Especially during the pandemic over the last couple of years, it has been a great solution for touchless payments. People also seem to not carry credit cards or other forms of payment when they are out and about.
