Overall Satisfaction with AppRiver

AppRiver provides our work email accounts. We have approximately 20 full-time employees and over 1200 Independent Contractors who use these email accounts.

  • Technical Rep turnover: I've had 2 in the last 6 months and the last one is just temporary
  • Reliable email services are required for our business to operate. Without it, we wouldn't function as we are a completely virtual company.
There's always someone to help users with 24x7 support.
AppRiver provides extra services that our previous email service provider did not. SharePoint had extra email security features - for the price.
AppRiver is very responsive to our needs for technical support. It would be nice to have an account rep that stays with the company long enough for me to get to know them.
