Cost transparency, ability to do showback to the internal business units
- Great inbuilt reports
- easy to use
- Could be less complex in my opinion.
- The admins need a lot of handholding in my opinion. So need to make that side easier I believe.
- Time to value seems quiet long in my opinion.
- Provide cost breakdown by dept
- show us vendor spend

Pretty good, but given the people churn its been hard to train new admins I've found.
