  • Cost reporting
  • Limited reporting views in ITP in my experience
  • Layouts and bookmarks are hard to utilize in my opinion
  • Waterfalls are good but when comparing versions then details only shows up on the existing plan version in my experience
  • Actuals vs budget and forecast for contracts is not consumable in my opinion
Refreshing plans from ITP to CT and vice versa isn’t user friendly in my opinion.

We have had two premier support reps and their time zone available is limited to the mornings I found. Their root cause on a recent ticket took over two months to get answered in my experience.
